Videos
• Overview of New Features (03:52) - This video introduces the new plugin features from Pigments before we continue to look at each in detail. We also demonstrate selecting similar sounds using machine learning within the preset browser.
• Modal Engine Pt. 1 (10:43) - We discuss the various aspects of the Modal Engine next, including the Exciter Collision section and Resonator settings. We excite the Resonator with a drum beat using the side-chain input.
• Modal Engine Pt. 2 (08:16) - Next up, we continue looking at the Modal Engine, focusing on the Friction section. Finally, we create a huge washed out texture using the Modal Engine alongside modulation, reverb, and delay.
• New Filter Types (02:30) - This video is concerned with the two new filter types - Cluster and LoFi - both of which are demonstrated in this video.
• Vocoder Effect (06:38) - We investigate the Vocoder effect here, which allows us to use carriers and modulators to create that classic Vocoder sound.
• Granular Scan, Envelope Follower, & Randomization (10:00) - This video covers the last few extra features, including updates to the Granular mode, brand new randomization modulation options, and the Envelope Follower allowing input sources to be converted to modulation sources.
