Very insightful

This has cleared up some ambiguity with Unison. I also have a clearer idea of how to use my PreAmps.

Eli is the best

Love every tutorial Eli has made. There appears to be a bit of a mistake in this video however when discussing the UA610. The way to get the most coloration with this plugin is with the gain dial not the level dial-though they do work in tandem.

Excellent tutorials for anyone.

These tutorials don't waste your time. The information presented is straight-forward and includes pretty much anything you need to know about these plugins. They are invaluable for someone such as myself who's swamped with information while attempting to put together a recording system and has limited time to pour through manuals.

UA Unison Preamps & Channel Strips - Looking for More

Good review, I wish it was a bit more in-depth in terms of vocals and instruments other than mainly drums. It would have been great to listen to each pre & CS over the same passage of vocals to hear the differences between them without getting overly extensive in length.

Excellent showcase!

If you were wondering about any of the plugins explained in this video series, then look no further. Eli's explanations are not overly wordy and his examples are practical. Very inspiring, indeed.

Useful

Another useful and articulate review from Mr. Krantzberg. I do wish there were more examples of live sound examples into the Unison preamps, instead of the narrator's voice only. After all, one of the main selling points of these Unison-ready plugins is their ability to bilaterally work with the Apollo hardware.
