2024 - Not useful as T-RackS 5 tutorial
Useful for mastering information. Probably wasn’t useful as a T-RackS 3 tutorial, which is what he uses in the tutorial. He clearly states that in the first video though. It is a mastering tutorial and not a T-RackS tutorial to begin with. The title is not misleading in my opinion. Mastering with T-RackS is a far cry from T-RackS Tutorial. There is some very helpful knowledge in this tutorial.

Would be great if it wasn't 13 years old and about TRacks 3
The content about mastering is ok, not much new info if you're not new to mastering. The thing is i wanted also some help about using T Racks 5 as your mastering suite, thats why i purchased this tutorial, only to find out it is based on an outdated version of the software, and quickly you realize the lay out is completely different and useless for the current version. You should point that out in the title iof the tutorial so people can avoid it

Quite happy with the course, but...
This course definitely offers you the right and helps you to under stand your tool (if you're on T-RackS), but the mastering example could have been improved, otherwise, the course is a big yes yes! Thank you..

Very Insightful!
I feel greatly empowered not only in the sense of utilizing effectively T-RackS, but also with the rationale behind the design and purpose for each module in general. I see now the importance of apt tracking and mixing. My favorite lesson in this series is that when using an EQ, one can't effect change in one tonal aspect of a mix without compromising another aspect of the mix within the same frequency range. Thus, ensuring that all musical elements of tonal balance should be addressed much further up-stream before the mastering process. I just wish there were more dramatic examples rendered in this series to show how to "fix a mix". The tracks that the author used were almost nearly perfect from the start, yet I "got it" in regards to the purpose of mastering effects.

Great Intro to T-Racks and Mastering
I have T-Racks Custom Shop but I'm uncertain which modules to purchase. This tutorial gave me a better understanding of many of them and some I had not considered. In addition, I received an excellent tutorial about mastering techniques. I appreciated the honesty about modern mastering techniques that do not always provide the best listening experience.
