Good, solid introduction
The CS80 has always been an instrument that's fascinated me, but it's a bit of a beast, so good to get this nice, evenly-paced introduction to both the instrument itself plus the enhancements made by Arturia

Great overview of a slightly different classic!
Overall this was a great overview of a classic which has a few different architectural features not found on every other classic analog poly of the era, and the bass and lead patch examples made good use of the combined filters to show why they're great to have. I also really loved the inclusion of the summary video at the end - that is a fantastic touch that ALL instructional courses should do! I found the pad sound to be a little too similar to the bass and lead to be a useful example, and I would have liked to see the use of the multis especially for layering in the pad, to really demonstrate the power they bring to this synth. But overall this was one of the best organized and presented courses I've seen recently. There were a few niggles - the audio from the synth is scratchy - I've noticed this on other Groove3 videos recently, not sure if it's a mastering artifact or what, but when sound is the point, it's a little distracting. Also there was a section where the playbar at the bottom is covering the hover-over details that the instructor was talking about, so if you had engaged it recently, you couldn't see what he was referring to. But overall a great course.
